     Tea is the Owner and Founder of Tea Accounting and Bookkeeping, LLC. She holds a Master of Business Administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Cairn University, with professional experience gained through CPA firms, small accounting practices, and various industries. She also is an IRS-registered tax preparer with the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) credential.

Tea provides comprehensive tax planning and tax return preparation services for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies (LLCs).

As a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, Tea specializes in bookkeeping services, including book clean-up, preparation of reliable financial statements, and QuickBooks Online training for new clients.

In addition, Tea oversees payroll processing, new business formation, and all core accounting functions, delivering services with a strong commitment to compliance, clarity, and long-term financial confidence.

Nataliya Trandafilova, MSA. AFSP

     Nataliya Trandafilova, AFSP is the Owner and Managing Tax Advisor & Accountant at Grand Master Tax Company in Southampton, Pennsylvania, and a trusted partner of Tea Accounting and Bookkeeping.

She holds a Master of Science in Accounting and is an IRS-registered tax preparer with the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) credential.

Nataliya provides comprehensive tax and accounting services for individuals and businesses, including corporations, partnerships, and LLCs. Her expertise includes tax preparation, bookkeeping, payroll, sales tax, strategic advisory services, and responding to IRS correspondence.

Grand Master Tax Company serves clients across Pennsylvania and offers multilingual support in English, Farsi, Georgian, Russian, and Uzbek, with Arabic and Greek translation available by phone.

Giorgi Edzgveradze

Marketing Manager

   Giorgi is the Marketing Manager at Tea Accounting and Bookkeeping, LLC, responsible for overseeing the firm’s marketing strategy, advertising initiatives, and overall digital presence.

He manages social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website, ensuring consistent branding, clear messaging, and effective client engagement across all channels.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Giorgi brings a strong interest in the business industry and a strategic, results-driven approach to digital marketing.

His role includes planning and executing marketing campaign and managing promotional activities, coordinating content creation, to enhance visibility and brand awareness. He is committed to continuous improvement and professional development within the firm.  

Michele Dolan, M.S.

Tax Preparer

      Michele is a tax preparer with broad background: a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (Holy Family University) and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (Temple University).

With the birth of her first child, she left the world of OT to become a full-time homeschooling mom. When her children started college, she changed careers and began working for a local tax firm where she managed the assembly and e-filing department.

With further education, she became an IRS Registered Tax Preparer, holding the Annual Filing Season Program (AFSP) credential.

She has been providing tax return preparation services for individuals for the last several years and has a professional focus on families with college students.

 

Ani Edzgveradze

Office Manager

   Ani Edzgveradze serves as the Office Manager and Administrative Coordinator at Tea Accounting and Bookkeeping, LLC, supporting daily office operations and ensuring an organized, efficient, and professional work environment. She plays a vital role in client communications, appointment scheduling, document management, and administrative coordination.

She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, which enhances her strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and client-focused approach.

Ani works closely with the accounting and tax teams to support workflow efficiency, maintain organized records, and help ensure deadlines are met.

Ani’s professionalism, organizational abilities, and commitment to service contribute to a positive client experience and support the firm’s ability to deliver dependable and timely financial services.
